Konfigurieren der Aktivität

Im Textkörper der Aktivität

• File path - Click Browse next to the field and then browse to and select the file to check. Alternatively, you can click Plus on the right side of the field and then, from the menu, choose one of the available options to indicate the file path to check:
  • Wenn die Aktivität in einer „For Each File in Folder“-Aktivität ist, können Sie CurrentFile > Vollständiger Name (einschließlich vollständigem Pfad) auswählen, um den Dateipfad der aktuellen Iteration anzugeben.

  • Use Saved Value - Select a value in the form of a file path that you previously saved for later use in the project.
  • Text – Geben Sie einen Dateipfad im Textgenerator ein. Sie können Text mit einer Formel aus einer Excel-Dateizelle kombinieren, um z. B. mithilfe von Formeln im Projekt-Notebook ein Datum zum Dateinamen hinzuzufügen.
  • Ask when run - Prompt for a file path when the project is executed.
  • Open in Advanced Editor - Enter a VB expression.
• Output result - Click Plus on the right side of the field and then, from the menu, choose one of the available options to indicate where to save the result (TRUE if the file exists or FALSE if the file does not exist):
  • Wählen Sie eine Excel-Datei oder das Excel-Arbeitsblatt aus, und wählen Sie dann eine Zelle aus, in der das Ergebnis gespeichert werden soll.
  • Save for Later Use - Use the output result later in your project as input for another activity.
