Entity scope

Entity scope - Select Tenant for tenant-wide entities or Folder for entities across all accessible Orchestrator folders. Folder scope requires UiPath.DataService.Activities v26.10.0 or later, where it is generally available, and works only inside a Solution.

Selecting Folder changes the Entity list from a flat list of tenant entities into a resource tree, grouped by Solution Resources and by each Orchestrator folder you have access to. Select Refresh to update the schema of the selected entity and all of its related entities.

Selecting Tenant inside a Solution displays a warning, because tenant-level entity schemas are not packaged with the Solution. Create them manually in the target environment before you deploy. Only folder-level entities are included as Solution resources. For more information, refer to Entities in Solutions.

Entität

Once you select an entity, the fields view is displayed, which shows the first three mandatory entity fields. If you have less than three mandatory fields, the wizard displays the mandatory fields first, and non-mandatory fields after. Fields are sorted alphabetically.

To input field data using an expression, select Switch to record view within the activity. The Input Record field is displayed, which allows you to input data to a particular field using the syntax:

new EntityName() with {.Field1 = value}

To configure more fields, select Add additional fields, make your selection, then select Update fields/Save.

• Timeout (Millisekunden) (Timeout (milliseconds)) - Gibt an, wie lange (in Millisekunden) die Aktivität laufen muss, bevor ein Fehler ausgegeben wird. Der Standardwert ist 30000 Millisekunden (30 Sekunden).
• Related Record Depth - Specifies the depth of related records to be retrieved from the service. This property supports values from 1 to 3. The default value is 2.

• Ausgabedatensatz – Der aus dem Data Service erstellte Datensatz, gespeichert in einer Entität. Dieses Feld unterstützt nur Entitäten, die aus Data Service importiert wurden, und muss vom gleichen Typ wie der ausgewählte Entitätstyp sein.
