手動テスト用のテスト ケースをインポートする

Import manual test cases from Excel files into Test Manager using Autopilot, including starting a new import and refining previous import results.

Use Autopilot to import manual test cases from Excel files into Test Manager. Autopilot generates a list of manual test cases that mirrors your uploaded file, preserving the same test workflow, from preconditions through test steps to postconditions.

During import, Autopilot transfers all information to Test Manager, unless specified otherwise. For example, test case properties such as Priority, Status, or Owner are imported as custom field values at the test case level.

新しいインポートを開始する

テスト ケースの新しいインポートを開始するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. プロジェクトを開き、[テスト ケース] に移動します。
2. [テスト ケースをインポート] > [新しいインポートを開始] を選択します。
3. In the Provide Import Document panel, upload the file that contains your manual test cases.
   注:

   一度にアップロードできるファイルは 1 つだけです。

4. [次へ] を選択します。
5. Choose a prompt from the Prompt library, or enter instructions in the Provide prompt instructions panel. For example, you can instruct Autopilot to import tests only from a certain Excel sheet, or to place specific labels on the imported test cases so you can identify them more easily.
6. Optionally, from the Model dropdown list, select the AI model that Autopilot should use.
7. [インポートをプレビュー] を選択してプロセスを開始します。 インポートが完了すると、「テスト ケースのインポートを確認できるようになりました。」という通知が表示されます。通知の設定に応じて、アプリ内とメールの両方で通知を受信できます。
8. Select the notification to review the imported test cases. Expand each test case in the Review import candidates panel, and review the test cases considered candidates for importing.
9. Review the results:
   • If you are satisfied with their content, select the test cases you want to import, then select Create tests.
   • If you are not satisfied with the imported test cases, refine the import:
     1. Select Refine import.
     2. Provide additional details about your use case in the Provide import instructions panel.
     3. 指示を変更後、[インポートをプレビュー] を選択します。
     4. 満足できるテスト ケースを選択し、[テストを作成] を選択します。

前回のインポートを絞り込む

テスト ケースの前回のインポートを絞り込むには、次の手順を実行します。

1. プロジェクトを開き、[テスト ケース] に移動します。
2. [テスト ケースをインポート] > [前回のインポートを絞り込む] を選択します。
3. [インポート候補を確認] パネルで、前回インポートの準備ができていたテスト ケースを確認します。

4. Review the results:
   • If you are satisfied with their content, select the test cases you are satisfied with, then select Create tests.
   • If you are not satisfied with the imported test cases, refine the import:
     1. Select Refine import.
     2. Provide additional details about your use case in the Provide import instructions panel.
     3. 指示を変更後、[インポートをプレビュー] を選択します。
     4. 満足できるテスト ケースを選択し、[テストを作成] を選択します。

結果

インポートされたテスト ケースがプロジェクトの [テスト ケース] セクション内に作成されます。手動ステップ、事前条件、事後条件、カスタム フィールド値は元の Excel ファイルから保持されます。
