Microsoft 365 activities have different authentication flows that you can choose from. Your choice is dependent on: the type of automation mode you plan to run (attended or unattended), the type of projects you want to build (cross-platform or Windows), whether you use Integration Service or not, the type of permissions you want to grant (delegated or app-only), and your application authentication requirements (consult with your administrator if you're unsure which authentication requirements apply to your application).

^* Integration Service keeps the connection token alive by refreshing the token. After a certain period of time, you must manually refresh the connection by re-authentication.

Autorisations déléguées par rapport aux autorisations d’application

En résumé, les différences sont les suivantes :

• Avec les autorisations déléguées, l’application emprunte l’identité d’un utilisateur et agit en son nom. L’application ne peut accéder qu’à ce à quoi l’utilisateur connecté peut accéder.
• Avec les autorisations d’application, l’application agit de manière autonome, sans utilisateur connecté. L’application peut accéder à toutes les données auxquelles ses autorisations sont associées.

Pour les autorisations déléguées et d’application, vous pouvez restreindre ce à quoi l’application peut et ne peut pas accéder à l’aide des étendues définies lorsque vous créez l’application. Reportez-vous à Étendues et autorisations dans la documentation Microsoft.

Note: Many organizations require an administrator's consent before creating a connection to an external application. The admin consent workflow requires an admin to approve the app registration to specific users or groups before a connection is established. Applications multi-locataires ou applications à locataire unique
