Get Email

UiPath.Marketo.Activities.GetEmail

The Get Email activity uses the Marketo Asset Database API to get a specific Lead (Email ID).

How it works

The following steps are an example of how the activity works from design time (i.e., the activity dependencies and input/output properties) to run time.

  1. Complete the Setup steps.
  2. Add the Marketo Scope activity to your project.
  3. Add the Get Email activity inside the Marketo Scope activity.
  4. Enter values for the Input properties.
  5. Create and enter an Email variable for the Output property.
  6. Create and enter a MarketoResponse variable for the Output property.

In the Body of the Activity

The following properties are located inside the body of the activity:

  • Id - The id of the email. This field supports only Strings or String variables. Either an email id or name needs to be supplied.
  • Name - The name of the email. This field supports only Strings or String variables. Either an email id or name needs to be supplied.
  • Parent Folder Id - The parent folder ID. This field supports only Strings or String variables.
  • Folder Type - The type of folder. Only used when folder id is present. Allowed values: Null, Folder, Program.
  • Status - The status you want to filter on. The following values are allowed: Null, Approved, or Draft. The default is null.
  • Include Content - When true will return the list of programs for this Lead. Enter a Boolean or Boolean variable.
  • Email - The email object retrieved. Enter an EmailResponse variable.
  • Email Content - The Content of the Email. Will only be populated if (Include Content) is set to true. Enter an EmailContentResponse variable.

Properties

Common
  • DisplayName - The display name of the activity. This field supports only Strings or String variables.
Misc
  • Private - If selected, the values of variables and arguments are no longer logged at Verbose level.
Output
  • ResponseStatus - The status of the request (success/failure information). This field supports only ResponseStatus variables.
