Remove User

UiPath.Smartsheet.Activities.Users.RemoveUser

Uses the Smartsheet Remove User API to add a user.

How it works

The following steps are an example of how the activity works from design time (i.e., the activity dependencies and input/output properties) to run time.

  1. Complete the Setup steps.
  2. Add the Smartsheet Application Scope activity to your project.
  3. Add the Remove User activity inside the Smartsheet Application Scope activity.
  4. Create and enter values for the Input properties.
  5. Create and enter an ResponseStatus variable for the Output property.

In the Body of the Activity

  • Email Address - The email address of the user. Enter a String or String variable.
  • User ID - The Id of the user. Enter a String or String variable.
  • Remove From Sharing - Set to true to remove the user from sharing for all sheets/workspaces in the organization account. Enter a Boolean or Boolean variable. If not specified, user is not removed from sharing
  • Transfer Sheets - If true, and transferTo is specified, the removed user's sheets are transferred. Enter a Boolean or Boolean variable.
  • Transfer To - The Id of the user to transfer ownership to. Enter a String or String variable. If the user being removed owns groups, they are transferred to this user. If the user owns sheets, and transferSheets is true, the removed user's sheets are transferred to this user.
