About the Microsoft Translator activity package

Overview

Microsoft Translator is a cloud-based machine translation service and is part of the Azure Cognitive Services family of cognitive APIs. It allows users to add multi-language user experiences in more than 70 languages for text translation. The API uses the most modern neural machine translation technology, as well as offering statistical machine translation technology. The Microsoft Translator activities give you the ability to automate interactions with the Microsoft Translator service. Using the Microsoft Translator APIs, this activities package provides you with the following text and document analysis capabilities:

• Identify the language of a piece of text.
• Translate text from one language to another.
• Convert text in one language from one script to another script.

How It Works

To enable the outbound automation between UiPath and Microsoft Translator, the Microsoft Translator activities establish an authenticated connection to your Microsoft Translator application via the Microsoft Translator Scope activity.After your connection is established, you can add the other Microsoft Translator activities to create new automation projects, or add them to existing projects to extend the automation capabilities to include the Microsoft Translator application.
