Make Voice Call
Uses the Amazon Connect API to place a voice call and route the call to either an Amazon Connect contact flow or queue.
The following steps is an example of how the activity works from design time (i.e., the activity dependencies and input/output properties) to run time.
- Complete the Setup steps.
- Add the Amazon Connect Scope activity to your project.
- Add the Make Voice Call activity inside the Amazon Connect Scope activity.
- Enter values for the From, To, and ContactFlowID input properties.
- Run the activity.

- ContinueOnError - Specifies if the automation should continue even when the activity throws an error. This field only supports
Boolean
values (True, False). The default value is False. As a result, if the field is blank and an error is thrown, the execution of the project stops. If the value is set to True, the execution of the project continues regardless of any error. - DisplayName -
