Licensing framework for Integration Service in Automation Cloud, explaining what is included at no additional cost and where to view usage.

Integration Service is included with UiPath® Automation Cloud™ at no additional cost. Under both the Unified Pricing and Flex licensing plans, using Integration Service — running connector activities, calling external systems, and firing triggers — does not consume licensing units and is not billed separately.

This page explains what included means in practice and where you can view usage for your own visibility.

Integration Service is included, not licensed separately

Integration Service is not licensed as a standalone service, and its usage is not metered against your plan. There is no separate Integration Service SKU, and no per-activity, per-connector, or per-request charge.

• Activities are included. Every connector activity you run in an API workflow, Agent, Maestro Orchestrate process, or Maestro Automate workflow executes at no additional charge.
• Connectors are included. There is no per-connector charge.
• Triggers are included. Event triggers, polling triggers, and webhooks run at no charge. If a trigger starts an automation, that automation is charged according to its own licensing.
• HTTP requests are included. Direct HTTP requests to external systems through Integration Service are not metered.

In RPA workflows, Integration Service usage is covered by Robot runtime licensing rather than billed on its own.

Observação:

GenAI activities and triggers are an exception. Although they belong to Integration Service, they are metered.

Running an API workflow is charged separately from Integration Service. API workflow licensing is unrelated to this change. For details, refer to API workflows licensing.

Viewing your usage

Integration Service usage is not billed, but you can review activity volumes for your own operational visibility:

1. Acesse Admin > Sua organização > Licenças.
2. Abra a aba Consumíveis .
