Selecting an execution folder and account
Set the execution folder and robot account for a test set to control where and under which identity automated executions run.
Specify an execution folder and a robot account at test-set level.
To specify an execution folder at project level, see Assigning a default folder.
Steps
-
Go to Test Sets and select the test set for configuration.
-
In the Test Cases tab, select Configure Automation.
-
From the Execution folder dropdown list, select a folder of your choice.
Note:This choice populates the Select Robot dropdown list with robot accounts available in the selected folder.
If you do not want to select a specific folder, select None, which uses the Default folder of the tenant, if it exists.
-
From the Select Robot dropdown list, choose a robot account. The default value is Any User/Robot account, which executes the test set using any robot available in the selected folder.
-
Select Save to confirm the selection.
Result
The execution folder and robot account are saved for the test set. Subsequent automated executions use the specified folder and account settings.
