Linking test cases to requirements

Assign a test case to one or more requirements to establish traceability.

To establish traceability between test cases and requirements, you can assign test cases to requirements in Test Manager.

Steps

1. Open the desired test case.
2. Go to Tasks, and select Assign to Requirement.
3. Choose the requirements you want to link the test case to.
4. Select Assign to save the changes.

Result

The test case is linked to the selected requirements.
