Removing users and groups

Remove one or more users or groups from a project to revoke their access to its artifacts.

Remove multiple users or groups from a project at once from the Manage Access tab in Project Settings. You can use the column header checkbox to select all rows at once.

Steps

1. Open Test Manager in Automation Cloud^TM.
2. Open a project.
3. Navigate to Project Settings > Manage Access.
4. Select the users or groups that you want to remove. Alternatively, you can select the checkbox in the column header to select all objects.
5. Select Remove users/groups.
6. Confirm your action.

Result

The selected users and groups no longer have access to the project's artifacts.
