Editing individual users and groups

Edit the roles of individual users and groups or remove them from a Test Manager project.

You can edit roles or remove users and groups.

Context

Users that are signed in cannot be removed until they sign out.

Steps

1. Open Test Manager.
2. Open a project.
3. Navigate to Project Settings > Manage Access.
4. Find the user or group that you want to edit and select the vertical ellipsis.
5. Select one of the following actions:
   • Edit roles to change the roles.
   • Remove user or Remove group to remove users or groups.
6. Confirm your action.

Result

The user or group's roles are updated, or the user or group is removed from the project.
