一括操作

テスト ケース、要件、テスト セット、またはテスト結果に一括操作を使用できます。たとえば、1 つの要求で複数のテスト ケースまたはテスト セットを削除したり、複数のオブジェクトに対してラベルを追加/削除したりできます。一括ラベル操作機能は現在、実行に対してはサポートされていませんが、今後追加される予定です。

オブジェクトを削除する

一括削除を実行して、要件、テスト ケース、テスト セット、テスト結果などのオブジェクトを削除できます。オブジェクトの削除は永続的なもので、元に戻すことはできません。

複数のオブジェクトを削除するには、以下の手順に従います。

1. Test Manager にログインして、[ 要件]、[テスト ケース]、[テスト セット]、または [ 実行] に移動します。
2. Select the objects that you want to remove and select Delete in the action panel. Alternatively, you can select the checkbox in the column header to select all objects.
3. Select Delete to confirm your action. Selected objects will be deleted.
   重要:

   オブジェクトを削除すると、そのオブジェクトは関連する他のオブジェクトから削除されます。たとえば、テスト ケースにリンクされている要件を削除すると、オブジェクト間の関連付けは削除されます。同様に、テスト セットに割り当てられているテスト ケースを削除すると、関連付けは削除されます。

ラベルを編集する

複数のオブジェクトのラベルを追加、削除、クリアできます。たとえば、[式を検証] アクティビティを実行中のすべてのテスト ケースにラベルを指定して、後からこのラベルでテスト ケースを検索することができます。manual や automated などの既定のラベルはシステムによって割り当てられたラベルであり、削除できません。

ラベルを追加する

Add one or more labels to multiple test objects at once, optionally replacing any existing labels on the selected objects.

1. Test Manager にログインして、[要件]、[テスト ケース]、または [テスト セット] に移動します。
2. Select the objects for which you want to add a label and select Edit labels in the action panel. Alternatively, you can select the checkbox in the column header to select all objects.
3. [ラベルを追加] を選択し、フォーム フィールドに新しいラベルを入力します。
4. Enter キーを押して、ラベルを追加します。一度に複数のラベルを追加できます。
5. (任意) 作成済みのラベルを入力して、ドロップダウン リストを開くことができます。リストには、現在のプロジェクトの他のすべてのオブジェクトに作成されたラベルから見つかった一致が表示されます。
6. (任意) 既存のすべてのラベルを新しいラベルに置換する場合は、[既存のラベルを置換] を選択します。システムによって割り当てられたラベルは置換されません。
7. Select Add to confirm your action. Labels will be added to selected objects.

ラベルを削除する

Remove specific labels from multiple test objects at once, using the label dropdown to select which labels to remove from the selected objects.

1. Test Manager にログインして、[要件]、[テスト ケース]、または [テスト セット] に移動します。
2. Select the objects for which you want to remove labels and select Edit labels in the action panel. Alternatively, you can select the checkbox in the column header to select all objects.
3. 作成済みのラベルを入力して、ドロップダウン リストを開きます。リストには、選択したオブジェクトに既に関連付けられているラベルから見つかった一致が表示されます。
4. Select Remove to confirm your action. Labels will be removed from selected objects.

すべてのラベルをクリアする

Remove all non-system labels from multiple test objects in a single operation, leaving only system-assigned labels such as manual or automated intact.

1. Test Manager にログインして、[要件]、[テスト ケース]、または [テスト セット] に移動します。
2. Select the objects for which you want to clear all labels and select Edit labels in the action panel. Alternatively, you can select the checkbox in the column header to select all objects.
3. Select Clear all labels and select Clear all to confirm your action. All the labels, except system-assigned labels, will be removed from selected objects.

ユーザーまたはグループを削除する

Remove one or more users or groups from a project in a single operation, revoking their access to that project's artifacts.

1. Automation^CloudTM の Test Manager を開きます。
2. プロジェクトを開きます。
3. [プロジェクト設定] > [アクセス権を管理] に移動します。
4. 削除するユーザーまたはグループを選択します。または、列ヘッダーのチェック ボックスをオンにして、すべてのオブジェクトを選択することもできます。
5. Select Remove users/groups
6. 操作を確定します。選択したユーザーとグループがプロジェクトから削除されます。

結果

The bulk operation is applied to all selected objects. Deleted objects are permanently removed; label changes are immediately reflected on the updated objects.
