Deployments overview
The Deployments overview card is available on the Overview page and provides quick access to your deployed solutions.
Using this card, you can:
- View all deployed solutions within the current tenant or folder at a glance.
- Quickly assess key deployment details, including:
- Name: the name of the deployed solution.
- Version: the currently deployed version.
- Activated: indicates whether the deployment is Active or Inactive.
- Location: the folder where the solution is deployed.
- Navigate directly to a solution’s folder using the Go to Solution folder shortcut.
This card helps you monitor and access your deployments more efficiently from a central location.
Latest jobs
The Latest jobs card is available on the Tenant Overview page and provides quick visibility into recent job activity.
Cross-folder filtering is currently available only at the tenant level. When accessing the Jobs page from a specific folder, results are limited to that folder and do not include jobs from its subfolders.
With this card, you can:
- View recent jobs at a glance.
- Filter jobs by creation time and process time.
- Review key job details, including:
- Process: the name of the process.
- Location: the folder where the job was run.
- Type: the job type.
- State: the current job status.
- Creation Time: the time the job was started.
- Open the Job details panel by selecting a job from the list.
Select View all to access the full Jobs page (Tenant → Monitoring → Jobs), where you can review jobs across all folders.
This feature improves visibility into job execution and allows faster monitoring directly from the overview pages.
