Save Email activity that saves an email message as a local .eml file from Apple Mail.

Beschreibung

Saves an email message as a local .eml file.

This activity exports an existing email message from Apple Mail to a local .eml file, and returns the saved file as a resource. The email message must be one returned by the For Each Email activity.

Hinweis:

Diese Aktivität wird nur auf macOS-Systemen ausgeführt, wenn die Apple Mail-Anwendung installiert und konfiguriert ist.

Konfiguration

Sie können die Aktivität und ihre Eigenschaften wie folgt konfigurieren:

• Email - The email message to save. Must be an email returned by the For Each Email activity.
• Folder Path - The folder in which to save the .eml file.
• File Name - The file name for the saved .eml file. Any extension is replaced with .eml automatically.
• If a file already exists - The behavior when a file with the same name already exists in the target folder. The default is Overwrite.
  • Overwrite - Replaces the existing file.
  • Fail - Throws an exception if the file already exists.
  • Rename - Saves the file with an auto-numbered name, for example email 1.eml, email 2.eml.
