准备

1. Make sure that there is enough disk space on the node. For more details, see Hardware requirements.

2. 在服务器上下载并解压新的安装程序 (installer.zip)。

   1. 使用 SSH 连接到计算机。

      • 如果设置了密码，则命令如下：ssh <user>@<dns_of_vm>
      • 如果您使用了 SSH 密钥，则命令如下：ssh -i <path/to/Key.pem> <user>@<dns_of_vm>

   2. 成为根用户：

      sudo su -
      

   3. 移至主目录：

      cd ~
      

   4. 下载安装包。确保保留下载 URL 的 '（单引号）。

      wget 'https://download.uipath.com/automation-suite/installer.zip' -O installer.zip
      

   5. 创建安装文件夹并解压缩安装包：

      mkdir /opt/UiPathAutomationSuite/<installer-folder> -R
      unzip ./installer.zip -d /opt/UiPathAutomationSuite/<installer-folder>

      sudo chmod 755 -R /opt/UiPathAutomationSuite/<installer-folder>
      

3. 使原始 cluster_config.json 文件在服务器上可用。

4. 生成新的 cluster_config.json 文件，如下所示：

   • 如果您有旧的 cluster_config.json，请使用以下命令从集群生成配置文件：cd /path/to/new-installer ./configureUiPathAS.sh config get -i /path/to/old/cluster_config.json -o /path/to/store/generated/cluster_config.json
   • 如果您没有旧的 cluster_config.json 文件，请运行以下命令：cd /path/to/new-installer ./configureUiPathAS.sh config get -o /path/to/store/generated/cluster_config.json

执行

维护和备份

1. Make sure you enabled the backup on the cluster. For details, see Backing up and restoring the cluster.

2. 通过 SSH 连接到服务器节点。

3. 通过运行以下命令，验证集群中所有所需的卷是否都有备份：

   /path/to/new-installer/configureUiPathAS.sh verify-volumes-backup
   

   备注：

   备份可能需要一些时间，因此请等待大约 15 至 20 分钟，然后再次验证卷备份。

4. 要验证 Automation Suite 是否运行正常，请运行：

   kubectl get applications -n argocd
   

5. 将集群置于维护模式，如下所示：

   1. 执行以下命令：

      /path/to/new-installer/configureUiPathAS.sh enable-maintenance-mode
      

   2. 通过运行以下命令验证集群是否处于维护模式：

      /path/to/new-installer/configureUiPathAS.sh is-maintenance-enabled
      

6. 进行 SQL 数据库备份。

升级服务器上的基础架构和服务

1. 通过 SSH 连接到服务器。

2. 通过运行 sudo su - 成为根用户。

3. 通过运行以下命令升级基础架构和服务器：

   /path/to/new-installer/install-uipath.sh --upgrade -k -f -s -i /path/to/cluster_config.json --accept-license-agreement -o /path/to/output.json
   

   备注：

   此命令将禁用您在升级前启用的维护模式，因为在升级期间所有服务都必须启动。该命令还会创建集群状态的备份，并暂停所有其他计划的备份。

4. 升级和验证成功后，通过运行以下命令在节点上恢复备份计划：

   /path/to/new-installer/configureUiPathAS.sh resume-scheduled-backups
   

Rollback on Error

准备

1. 创建一个单独的文件夹来存储较旧的捆绑包，并在该文件夹中执行以下操作。

2. 在节点上下载并解压旧版本 (installer.zip) 的安装程序。

   备注：

   通过运行 sudo chmod 755 -R <installer-folder> 授予文件夹适当的权限。

3. Create a restore.json file and copy it to all the nodes. For details, see Backing up and restoring the cluster.

4. 验证主服务器上的以下位置是否存在 etcd 备份数据：/mnt/backup/backup/<etcdBackupPath>/<node-name>/snapshots。

   • etcdBackupPath - 这与启用备份的 node-name 时在 backup.json 中指定的相同；
   • node-name - 主服务器虚拟机的主机名。

集群清理

1. Copy and run the dedicated script to uninstall everything from that node. Do this for all the nodes. For details, see Troubleshooting.
2. 将所有 UiPath 数据库还原到升级前创建的备份。

在服务器节点上还原基础架构

1. 通过 SSH 连接到服务器。

2. 通过运行以下命令还原基础架构：

   /path/to/older-installer/install-uipath.sh -i /path/to/restore.json -o /path/to/output.json -r --accept-license-agreement --install-type online
   

Restore Volumes Data

1. 通过 SSH 连接到服务器。

2. 转到新的安装程序文件夹。

   备注：

   先前的基础架构还原命令使用旧的安装程序执行，以下命令使用新的安装程序捆绑包执行。

3. 通过运行以下命令在集群上禁用维护模式：

   /path/to/new-installer/configureUiPathAS.sh disable-maintenance-mode
   

4. 通过运行以下命令验证是否已禁用维护模式：

   /path/to/new-installer/configureUiPathAS.sh is-maintenance-enabled
   

5. 将基础架构还原阶段使用的 restore.json 文件复制到新的安装程序捆绑包文件夹。

6. 通过从较新的安装程序捆绑包中运行以下命令来还原卷：

   /path/to/new-installer/install-uipath.sh -i /path/to/new-installer/restore.json -o /path/to/new-installer/output.json -r --volume-restore --accept-license-agreement --install-type online
   

7. 还原完成后，请验证是否一切都已还原且工作正常。

8. 在升级过程中，主节点上的计划备份被禁用。要再次启用它们，请运行以下命令：

   /path/to/new-installer/configureUiPathAS.sh resume-scheduled-backups
