You can now configure custom variables extracted from queues. 200 new fields are available in addition to the already existing custom fields for robot logs, amounting to a total of 400. All selected queue variables will show up in the Queues explore.

Once again we come bearing gifts: Insights' feature set now includes forecasting in visualizations.
The newly introduced functionality helps you make predictions based on new or existing data while also allowing you to inspect specific forecasted data points. Multiple types of visualizations allow you to peek into the future of your business, and if needed, you can even make adjustments to the forecasted results.
