Automation Hub Ageing Report

Overview

The Ageing Report presents in an aggregated and granular view for how long the ideas in the Automation Pipeline have been in their current phase and status. The dashboard is composed of several visualizations, as well as a set of filters that impact them.

Prerequisites

In addition to the steps needed to enable Insights connection, the following roles and permissions are needed to use Automation ROI Comparison:

Viewer or Designer and ROI Editor role in Insights
Packages - View permission at tenant level in Orchestrator

Permissions

In order to view the Automation Hub templates, you need Viewer role in Insights.
In order to explore the Automation Hub templates, copy them, you need Designer and ROI Editor role in Insights.

Filters

Filter	Description
Phase	The current phase of the automation idea.
Status (dependent on the selected phase)	The status of the automation idea phase.
Sub-Category	The level 3 category of an idea (dependent on the selected Category).
Last Change Date	The date when the last change of the phase and status happened.

Metrics

Tile	Description
Aggregated View - Summary	The count of ideas is grouped by the number of days they have been in their current phase and status.
Aggregated View - Break down by Phase & Status	Breakdown of the ideas count by current phase & status, reflecting the time elapsed since the ideas are in their current phase & status.
Detailed View of Ideas in the Ageing Report	Drilldown into the ideas displayed in the Aggregated views, focusing only on their current phase & status ageing: the name of the idea the auto-generated ID the Idea slug the current phase & status for how many days it has been in the current phase and status whether the idea was previously in the same phase and status (yes/no) the full name of the user who performed the update of the idea to its current phase and status
Submitted Ideas Awaiting Approval View	Pre-defined visualization focusing on the ageing of the ideas in "Idea" phase, "Awaiting Review" status.
Approved Ideas Awaiting Assessment	Pre-defined visualization focusing on the ageing of the ideas in "Assessment" phase, "Not Started" status.
Assessed Ideas Awaiting Approval	Pre-defined visualization focusing on the ageing of the ideas in "Qualification" phase, "Awaiting Review" status

Customizing Automation Hub Dashboards

You can copy the Automation Hub Ageing Report template to My Dashboard where you can configure filters and modify or rearrange tiles (see Create dashboard).
