Introduction

Différents produits UiPath® fonctionnent en collaboration pour découvrir, examiner et créer des automatisations, ainsi que pour identifier des optimisations de processus. Task Mining est un produit de découverte basé sur l'IA. Il collecte les données de bureau des employés comprenant des captures d'écran et enregistre les données à chaque action de l'utilisateur (clic de souris, frappe). Process Mining et Task Mining

With Process Mining you extract the data from your business applications to get a detailed understanding of overall business processes. From Process Mining, you can zoom in on certain activities with Task Mining to gain deeper understanding of the disparate applications used to perform the activity (in addition to the system of record as observed in Process Mining) on employee machines.

Démarrage d'un projet Task Mining à partir de Process Mining

When you identify a bottleneck in your process while analyzing or want to get more granular visibility, you can start a Task Mining project from any process graph in Process Mining. This enables you to get an end-to-end view of your process including system and desktop level interactions along with the different applications used to perform the activity. This can help you to better understand task level drill down of activities during the process execution.

Remarque : vous pouvez également démarrer un projet Task Mining lorsque vous effectuez une analyse des causes profondes ou une simulation du potentiel d'automatisation.

Prérequis

L'option Démarrer un nouveau projet Task Mining (Start new Task Mining project) dans Process Mining sera activée lorsque les conditions préalables suivantes seront remplies.

• Le service Task Mining doit être activé sur le même locataire que Process Mining.
• Vous avez besoin de droits d'accès dans Task Mining pour créer des projets Task Mining.
• Vous devez avoir le rôle Administrator ou Créateur de projet ( Project Creator) dans Task Mining.

Démarrer un projet Task Mining

Suivez ces étapes pour démarrer un projet Task Mining.

1. Dans le graphique de processus, sélectionnez l'activité pour laquelle vous souhaitez afficher les informations de niveau de tâche.

2. Select Task Mining ->Submit to Task Mining project from the context menu.

   L'assistant Soumettre à Task Mining (Submit to Task Mining) s'affiche à droite.

   
   

   

   
   

3. Saisissez un nom pour le projet Task Mining dans le champ Nom du projet ( Project name ).

4. Si vous le souhaitez, modifiez la Description. Par défaut, le nom de l'activité sélectionnée et le lien vers le projet Task Mining qui sera créé sont affichés dans le champ Description .

5. Sélectionnez Suivant (Next) pour aller à l'étape Inviter des utilisateurs (Invite Users ).

6. Ajoutez des utilisateurs d'enregistrement en saisissant le nom d' utilisateur, le nom du groupeou l'adresse e- mail et sélectionnez le résultat souhaité dans la liste déroulante.

   Remarque :

   Les utilisateurs recevront un e-mail d'invitation à participer au projet et un lien pour télécharger l'enregistreur Task Mining.

7. Sélectionnez Créer (Create) pour créer le projet Task Mining et démarrer l'enregistrement. Vous pouvez sélectionner le lien du projet Task Mining pour afficher le projet Task Mining et analyser les résultats.

Afficher des projets Task Mining

Vous pouvez afficher les projets Task Mining créés pour l'activité directement à partir du menu du graphique de processus et ouvrir le projet dans Task Mining.

Remarque :

If a Task Mining project has been submitted from an activity, this is indicated by the Task Mining icon displayed on that particular activity.

Suivez ces étapes pour afficher les projets Task Mining démarrés à partir de votre processus.

1. Dans le graphique de processus, sélectionnez Task Mining -> Afficher les projets (View Projects ) dans le menu.

   Le panneau Projets Task Mining (Task Mining projects) s'affiche, affichant les fiches de projet Task Mining des projets créés à partir de l'application de processus.

2. Locate the project card for the Task Mining project you want to view and select View data.

The Task Mining trace diagram for the project is shown alongside key KPIs, which provide trace details such as application usage, number of steps, and comparisons between waiting and cycle time.

Task Mining trace

The Task Mining trace displays the sequence of steps taken to complete the particular activity. Each step in the trace includes the title or description of the step, its duration, waiting time, and the application that was used. This provides a detailed view of the activity, that can be used to analyze and optimize the performance of the activity.

The Trace details panel provides more detailed information about the activity trace.

Below is a description of the KPIs.

Mesure	Description
Nombre d'étapes	The total number of steps in the trace.
Event throughput time (expected vs real)	The total execution time of the activity. Remarque : The actual amount of time it took to execute the activity, including waiting time, is displayed in red.
Waiting time	The total waiting time for the activity.
Applications	The applications/domains recorded in the trace. Remarque : For each application/domain the percentage of total event throughput time is displayed.

View in Task Mining

In Task Mining, you can combine similar step sequences recorded from different instances of an activity and merge them into a merged trace.

By merging these similar traces, you can get a clearer, high-level view of the process, which should make it easier to identify common patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or process improvement.

Select the View in Task Mining option to open the project in Task Mining and select the traces you want to merge.
