Creating and editing process models

Access to process models depends on the cloud platform you use. For details, refer to Feature availability.

Create and edit process models directly within a business process entry in Automation Hub using the built-in process model editor.

Voraussetzungen

• In Automation Hub ist bereits ein Geschäftsprozesseintrag vorhanden.
• Sie haben eine der folgenden Rollen: Programm-Manager, Systemadministrator, Prozessinhaber, Prozesseinreicher, Kontoinhaber, Geschäftsanalyst, Projektmanager, Citizen Developer, RPA-Entwickler oder Lösungsarchitekt.

Creating a process model

1. Öffnen Sie den Geschäftsprozesseintrag im Automation Hub.
2. Wählen Sie die Registerkarte Dokumentation aus.
3. Select Create process model.
4. Use the process model editor to model your process.
5. Wählen Sie Speichern.

Editing a process model

1. Öffnen Sie den Geschäftsprozesseintrag im Automation Hub.
2. Wählen Sie die Registerkarte Dokumentation aus.
3. Select the process model you want to edit.
4. Select Edit Process Model.
5. Make your changes in the process model editor.
6. Wählen Sie Speichern.

Ergebnis

The process model is saved to the business process entry and visible to all Automation Hub users with access to the entry. BPMN models created in Process Repository are fully compatible with Studio Web.
