QuickBooks Online 身份验证

先决条件

要创建连接，您需要以下凭据：

• OAuth 2.0 授权代码：与您的帐户关联的电子邮件地址或用户 ID，以及帐户密码
• 请自带 OAuth 2.0 应用程序: 客户端 ID、客户端密码

警告：

为避免受到共享 UiPath 公共应用程序上的 QuickBooksOnline 聚合 API 使用限制的影响，我们建议使用“自带 OAuth 2.0 应用程序”身份验证方法。

备注：

在 QuickBooks Online 中注册 OAuth 应用程序时，请确保将回调 URL设置为连接创建页面上显示的值，例如https://cloud.uipath.com/provisioning_/callback表示 Automation Cloud。

添加 QuickBooksOnline 连接

要创建与 QuickBooks 实例的连接，您需要执行以下步骤：

1. 从产品启动器中选择“Orchestrator”。

2. 选择一个文件夹，然后导航到“连接”选项卡。

3. 选择“添加连接”。

4. 要打开连接创建页面，请从列表中选择连接器。您可以使用搜索栏查找连接器。

5. Choose the environment you want to access, Production or Sandbox, and then select Connect.

6. 输入首选身份验证方法所需的凭据。

7. Select Connect.

   For any secret-type field, you can select the menu next to the field and choose Use credential asset to reference an Orchestrator credential asset linked to an external vault instead of entering the value directly. For more information, see Use credential assets for connections.
