Zendesk 身份验证

先决条件

根据您选择的身份验证类型，您可能需要以下凭据之一：

• OAuth 2.0 授权代码：域、作用域。
• 请自带 OAuth 2.0 应用程序: 客户端 ID、客户端密码、域、作用域。

备注：

在 Zendesk 中注册 OAuth 应用程序时，请确保将回调 URL设置为连接创建页面上显示的值，例如https://cloud.uipath.com/provisioning_/callback表示 Automation Cloud。

权限

通过 Zendesk 创建连接时，您必须允许应用程序根据以下特权和权限查看和管理信息：

• 读取
• 写入

添加 Zendesk 连接

要创建与 Zendesk 实例的连接，您需要执行以下步骤：

1. 从产品启动器中选择“Orchestrator”。

2. 选择一个文件夹，然后导航到“连接”选项卡。

3. 选择“添加连接”。

4. 要打开连接创建页面，请从列表中选择连接器。您可以使用搜索栏查找连接器。

5. 输入首选身份验证方法所需的凭据，然后选择“连接” 。
