Predefined and standard polling events supported by the Coupa connector in Integration Service, including Approval Request Created, Purchase Order Created and Updated, Requisition Approved, and Requisition Comment Added.

Requisition Comment Added
The Requisition Comment Added event is scoped to a single requisition: when you configure the trigger, select the requisition to monitor. You can also enter a requisition ID directly instead of selecting one from the list, which is useful when the requisition you need is not among the most recently updated ones.
The event fires only for comments that are newly created, not for edits to existing comments. Coupa also creates comments automatically for lifecycle changes such as approvals and rejections, and those comments fire the event as well.
