PREVIEW[Preview] Loading data using direct connection
The Upload data using direct connection option is only available for app templates that use a ServiceNow source system.

Select the Upload data using direct connection option.

Select Connect.
A new browser tab is opened where you can enter the authentication details for the connection.
By default, OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code is used as the authentication type.

Enter the Site URL that you use to access your organization's specific instance of ServiceNow.

Enter the Client ID of your ServiceNow application.

Enter the Client secret used to authenticate with the Client ID.

Select Connect.
