Licensing Test Manager
- Platform: offers Test Manager as a service within your organization.
- Tester - Named User: allows you to use Test Manager.
In addition to the licenses above, Test Manager uses SAP Transport Units based on consumption, for Change impact analysis.
You need a Platform license to enable the Test Manager service within your organization.
To check if you have a Platform license that includes Test Manager:
- Navigate to the Admin tab.
- Sélectionnez Licences (Licenses).
- Go to the Robots & services tab.
If you already have a Platform license, that includes Test Manager, then you can perform the following steps for enabling Test Manager in your organization and tenant:
- Navigate to the Admin tab.
- Select the tenant for which you want to enable Test Manager.
- Accédez à Services.
- Select Add Services and then select Test Manager.
After you enable the Test Manager service on a tenant, you additionally need to allocate the Tester - Named User licenses to all users who should use Test Manager.
To allocate Tester - Named User licenses:
- Navigate to the Admin, and go to Licenses.
- Go to the Users tab.
- In the View Licenses section, check how many Tester - Named User licenses are available for your organization.
- Depending on how you want to allocate licenses (for user or for a group of users), perform the following steps:
- For users:
- Développez la section Attributions de licences aux utilisateurs (License Allocations to Users).
- For the desired user, select Edit license allocation.
- Select Tester - Named User.
- Select Save to confirm the license allocation.
- For a group of users:
- Développez la section Attributions de licences aux utilisateurs (License Allocations to Users).
- For the desired group, select Edit group allocation rule.
- Select Tester - Named User.
- Select Save to confirm the license allocation.
- For users:
To manage your organization's licenses, visit Allocating user licences.
UiPath Test Manager Connect licenses, provided by Planview, come bundled with your Test Manager platform license.
To use the cloud version of UiPath Test Manager Connect you need to request a cloud instance from the UiPath® sales team.
To manage your Transport units:
- Accédez à l'onglet Admin de votre organisation.
- Sélectionnez Licences (Licenses).
- Go to Consumables.
- View the usage of SAP Transport Units.
