Gérer les connexions

Création d'une connexion

  1. In a folder, navigate to the Connections tab.
  2. Select Add connection. The Connect To pop-up is displayed.
  3. Choose the desired Connector from the list to create a new connection. The Connect To page is opened. Check the documentation for the needed connector for more information on how to configure the connection. Check the Integration Service user guide for more information on individual connectors.
  4. From the Folder in which connection is stored dropdown, choose the desired folder where the connection will be stored.

This field is automatically populated with the originating folder, the folder you were in when you selected Add connection.

  1. From the Authentication Type dropdown, choose the desired authentication type for the connection.

Remarque :

Available options may vary depending on the connector. If a connector supports only one authentication type, this dropdown is not displayed.

Vérification de la santé de la connexion

  1. In a folder, navigate to the Connections tab.
  2. Choose the connection you want to check and select the More actions (three-dot) button.
  3. Select Check connection from the More actions menu to check the connection status.

Une fois la connexion vérifiée, une bannière s'affiche au centre supérieur de la page, affichant le statut.

Reconnexion d'une connexion

  1. In a folder, navigate to the Connections tab.
  2. Choose the connection you want to reconnect and select the More actions button.
  3. Select Reconnect from the More actions menu.

Cette étape ouvre la page Authentification de la connexion.

  1. Mettez à jour les détails d'authentification de la connexion.
Remarque :

Available options may vary depending on the connector and on the chosen authentication type.

  1. Select Connect when done to re-establish the connection.

Gestion des déclencheurs

You can manage event triggers associated with a connection from the Connections tab.

Choose the connection for which you want to manage the triggers and select the More actions button, and choose Manage triggers from the More actions menu. The Event Triggers page is opened. For more information on managing triggers, check the Managing triggers page.

Connexions partagées

Lorsqu'une connexion est créée dans un dossier partagé, tous les utilisateurs ayant accès à ce dossier peuvent utiliser la connexion dans leurs workflows d'automatisation. La connexion peut être modifiée par tous les utilisateurs qui y ont accès.

Modification des connexions

  1. In a folder, navigate to the Connections tab.
  2. Choose the connection you want to update and select the More actions button.
  3. Select Edit connection from the More actions menu.

The following fields are available in the Edit Connection page:

  • Connector: the name of the connector used to create the connection. This field cannot be updated.
  • Connection: the account used to create the connection. This field cannot be updated.
  • Connection name: the name of the connection.
  • Authentication type: the authentication type used to create the connection. This field cannot be updated. The possible options are:
    • Authentification du certificat client

    • Apportez votre propre application OAuth 2.0
      Remarque :

      Les options disponibles peuvent varier en fonction du connecteur.

  • Polling frequency: how often the system checks an external application for updates or new events.
  • Status: the status of the connection. The possible options are:
    • Connecté
    • DisconnectedSelect Reconnect to re-establish the connection.
  • Message: the error message displayed for broken connections.
    Remarque :

    This field is available only for broken connections and cannot be updated.

  • Provider error message: the error message returned by the connector for broken connections.
    Remarque :

    This field is only available for broken connections.

  1. Select Update to edit the connection.

Supprimer une connexion

  1. In a folder, navigate to the Connections tab.
  2. Choose the connection you want to delete and select the More actions button.
  3. Select Delete from the More actions menu.
  4. Select Delete connection to remove the connection.
    Remarque :

    Make sure that there are no processes, workflows, triggers or apps referencing the connection before deleting.
