Notificaciones

You can receive notifications for a variety of events related to your Orchestrator activity, as well as for the folders you choose.

Notifications are managed from the Notifications section of your user preferences, which you can access in two ways:

• By clicking the icon with your initials, in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar.
• By clicking the cog icon in the Notifications panel.

Once you subscribe to be alerted for the events or severity levels of your choice, notifications are displayed in the Notifications panel, which you can access by clicking the bell icon in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar.

Notification permissions

General

To view notifications, you need the following permissions:

• Ver en Alertas en el nivel de tenant
• View on the specific component in the folder for which you want to receive notifications

Nota: Problema conocido

Si una alerta requiere dos permisos, esos permisos deben concederse a través de la asignación directa a nivel de usuario o a través del mismo grupo. Si se conceden a través de dos grupos independientes, no se envía la alerta.

Si eliges asignar permisos a través de grupos, estas son las combinaciones de permisos que debes conceder para asegurarte de que los usuarios reciban alertas:

• Para las alertas que cubren acciones de ámbito tenant, concede los siguientes permisos al mismo grupo:
  • Ver en Alertas en el nivel de tenant
  • Ver en el componente específico de ámbito de tenant en el nivel de tenant

  Ejemplo: la alerta "Máquina desconectada" requiere Ver en alertas y Ver en máquinas en el nivel de tenant, dentro del mismo grupo.

• Para las alertas que cubren acciones de ámbito de carpeta, concede los siguientes permisos al mismo grupo:
  • Ver en Alertas en el nivel de tenant
  • Ver en el componente específico de ámbito de carpeta en el nivel de carpeta

  Ejemplo: la alerta "Error de trabajo" requiere Ver en alertas en el nivel de tenant y Ver en trabajos en el nivel de carpeta, dentro del mismo grupo.
