オートメーションをプロセス アプリからトリガーする

はじめに

プロセスにオートメーション ワークフローが 1 つ以上設定されている場合、プロセス アプリからオートメーションをトリガーできます。オートメーションをトリガーすると、キュー アイテムが 1 つ以上作成され、選択した Orchestrator キューに追加されます。詳しくは、「オートメーションの連携をセットアップする」をご覧ください。

オートメーションを実行するには、Orchestrator キューに対する適切なアクセス権が必要です。詳しくは、「アクセス権とオートメーションの機能を管理する」をご覧ください。

[オートメーションをトリガー] オプションは、ほとんどのダッシュボードとグラフで利用できます。以下の画像で例をご確認ください。

オートメーションをトリガーする

オートメーションをトリガーするには、以下の手順に従います。

1. Use the Filters to select the objects for which you want to trigger an automation. Check out Filters.

   注:

   You must at least select one case. By default, the maximum number of objects that can be selected for the automation is 50, but the number can be different for your process. The number of objects that can be selected can be between 1 and 1000.

2. を選択して、コンテキスト メニューから [オートメーションをトリガー] を選択します。

   The Trigger an automation panel is displayed.

3. Select the queue to which you want to create queue items from the Select queue drop-down list.

   キューの入力データ フィールドが表示されます。

4. 必要に応じて、カスタム テキスト フィールドに入力します。たとえば、[Email] フィールドにメール アドレスを入力します。

5. [優先度を選択] ドロップダウン リストから、キュー アイテムの優先度を選択します。これにより、Orchestrator キュー内でのキュー アイテムのランクが決まります。

6. Select Objects selected in the Summary field to review the selected objects. For each case a queue item will be created in the Orchestrator queue.

   

7. Select Trigger.

注:

If you select more objects than allowed for your process, a message is displayed and the Trigger button is disabled. In this case, you must limit your selection.

オートメーションをトリガーするキュー アイテムが、各ケースに対して Orchestrator キュー内に作成されます。
