Build paths

You have two build paths to choose from:

• Build in Maestro Flow — the entire chat experience modeled as a Flow. Lets you control the conversation routing, combine LLM-driven turns with deterministic messages, and launch other automation nodes behind-the-scenes while the chat continues.
• Build in Agent Builder — a single-prompt chat agent with tools and context. Fastest way to stand up a straightforward chat assistant that can respond and perform actions.

Nota:

Both build paths surface to end-users as a chattable Conversational Agent on the same deployment channels. Switching between build paths is transparent to your users — the interaction channels stay the same.

Additionally, an Agent Builder conversational agent can be imported into Flow as a conversational agent node - so you can evolve the use case into a Flow without losing the agent you already built.
