Commenting on process maps

Access to commenting on process maps depends on the cloud platform you use. For details, refer to Feature availability..

Add comments anchored to specific elements on process maps to discuss and review the model directly in Automation Hub.

Adding a comment

1. Open the process map in the process map editor.
2. Select the element you want to comment on — a task, event, gateway, pool, lane, or flow.
3. Open the Comments panel from the right-side toolbar.
4. Enter your comment. Use @ to mention a user or group.
5. Wählen Sie Einreichen aus.

The comment is anchored to the selected element and visible to all users with access to the business process entry.

Replying to a comment

1. Select the comment you want to reply to.
2. Select Reply.
3. Enter your reply.
4. Wählen Sie Einreichen aus.
