Almacenamiento de datos

Al consumir proyectos clásicos de Document Understanding^TM, los datos se almacenan en lo siguiente, dependiendo de la situación:

• Runtime data in Automation Cloud^TM
• Validation data UiPath Orchestrator

Runtime data in Automation Cloud

Si utilizas actividades de Document Understanding o API de Document Understanding, los siguientes datos se conservan en Automation Cloud:

• El resultado de la digitalización y el documento al que hace referencia el ID del documento (ya sea proporcionándolo como entrada para API o utilizándolo en un flujo de trabajo RPA como parte de los metadatos de datos del documento) se almacenan durante 7 días.
• The extraction or classification result is stored for 24 hours for asynchronous operations. There is no data stored for synchronous extraction and classification. Validation data is not persisted separately, but it is stored in Orchestrator storage buckets.

You can use the preview Delete API to remove all runtime and validation data related to a given documentId. For more information, check the Use the Delete Document Data service page from the Document Understanding API guide.

Validation data in Orchestrator

If you create classification or extraction validation actions, the system stores the respective assets, unless removed using the corresponding options on the activities (for example, the RemoveDataFromStorage activity from the IntelligentOCR activities package). You can also remove them manually from Orchestrator for the Document Understanding activities package.
