Descripción

Permite proteger una hoja especificada en Excel para que no se puedan realizar cambios adicionales en ella. La actividad se puede utilizar con los archivos de Excel seleccionados para las actividades principales de Usar archivo de Excel o con el Cuaderno del proyecto.

Configurar la actividad

Panel del Diseñador

• Hoja : selecciona Más en el lado derecho del campo y luego selecciona la hoja que quieres proteger.

• Contraseña : selecciona Más en el lado derecho del campo y luego, en el menú, selecciona una de las opciones disponibles:

  • Data from the Project Notebook, a parent Excel file or Outlook account. For example, select an Excel file, and then select Indicate in Excel to indicate a cell from the file, or select an email in Outlook and then select a field in the email that contains the password.
  • Ask when run - Prompt for the password when the project is executed.
  • Paste from clipboard - Paste a value that you previously copied to the clipboard in the project.
  • Use Saved Value - Select a value that you previously saved for later use in the project.
  • Text - Enter the password using the Text Builder.
  • Open in Advanced Editor - Enter a VB expression.

• Toggle password mode - Alternatively, you can select the toggle password mode button and enter the password manually. The recommended alternative to entering passwords directly is to store them securely and retrieve them with an activity such as Get Username and Password.

Común

• DisplayName - The name displayed for the activity in the Designer panel.

Entrada

• Password - The password required to protect the sheet.
• Password (SecureString) - The password required to protect the sheet, as a SecureString type.
• Sheet - The sheet to be protected.

Otros

• Privado : si se selecciona, los valores de las variables y los argumentos ya no se registran en el nivel Detallado.

Opciones

• Permisos adicionales : otorga a los usuarios de la hoja capacidades adicionales.
