Te permite seleccionar una presentación de PowerPoint para utilizar en la automatización. Después de añadir la actividad e indicar el archivo, añade las actividades de PowerPoint para realizar en la presentación dentro de esta actividad. Si el archivo especificado no existe, la automatización puede crearlo.

Puedes añadir actividades de automatización de IU directamente en la actividad Usar archivo de PowerPoint para automatizar rápidamente la interfaz de PowerPoint. Para que esto funcione, debes tener el archivo de PowerPoint abierto en tu máquina.

• PowerPoint file - Select Browse next to the field, and then browse to and select a PowerPoint file to use in the automation. To create a new file when the automation is executed, browse to the folder where to create it, and enter the file name. Make sure to select the Create if needed option. If you need to work with a file with a dynamic name, you can provide the file path using one of the options in the Plus menu on the right side of the field. For example, select a cell in the Project Notebook, where the file path can be extracted daily using the provided formulas, or select Ask when run to enter the path of the file when executing the project. Alternatively, you can work with a remote PowerPoint file by inputting the SharePoint URL of the file.
• Referencia como : introduce un nombre que el proyecto de automatización utiliza como referencia para el archivo.
• Guardar cambios : guarda la presentación en cada cambio causado por una actividad. Si está deshabilitado, los cambios se guardan solo después de que se ejecuten todas las actividades añadidas dentro de Usar presentación de PowerPoint . Esta opción está seleccionada de forma predeterminada.
• Create if not exists - When selected, if the specified presentation file does not exist, a new presentation is created. When not selected, an error occurs if the presentation file cannot be found. This option is not selected by default.
• Template file - When you use this activity to create a new file, or, if the path in the Presentation file field is dynamic, you can select this option to use another PowerPoint file with the same structure at design time. The data in the template file is available for selection from the Plus menu in activities added inside Use PowerPoint Presentation, enabling you to configure them by selecting slides, placeholders, or layouts directly from StudioX. After you select this option, select Browse to select the file to use as a template.
  Nota:

  El archivo de plantilla se utiliza solo en tiempo de diseño y no se copia ningún contenido de su patrón de diapositivas. Cuando se ejecuta la automatización, procesa el archivo definido en el campo Archivo de presentación .

• NombreParaMostrar : el nombre que se muestra para la actividad en el panel Diseñador .

Archivo

• Edit password - The password required for editing the PowerPoint presentation, if the file is password-protected.
• Password - The password required for opening the PowerPoint presentation, if the file is password-protected.
• Path - The path to the PowerPoint presentation. If the file does not exist and you select the Create new file option, the file is created when the automation is executed.

Otros

• Privado : si se selecciona, los valores de las variables y los argumentos ya no se registran en el nivel Detallado.

Opciones

• Guardado automático : consulta Guardar cambios en el cuerpo de la actividad.
• Crear nuevo archivo : consulta Crear si no existe en el cuerpo de la actividad.
• Read only - If selected, the specified presentation is opened in Read-Only mode. Selecting this check box enables you to perform data extraction operations in a file which is locked for editing or has an edit password. This option is not selected by default.
• Usar archivo de plantilla : consulta Archivo de plantilla en el cuerpo de la actividad.
• Etiqueta de sensibilidad : el ID de cadena de la etiqueta de sensibilidad o una instancia del objeto de etiqueta de presentación. Solo se utiliza cuando la operación de sensibilidad es Añadir. De lo contrario, se ignora.
• Operación de sensibilidad : la operación de sensibilidad que se aplicará utilizando la etiqueta de sensibilidad. Utiliza el menú desplegable para elegir entre las siguientes opciones: No hacer nada, Añadir/Actualizar o Borrar. Para obtener más información, consulta Trabajar con etiquetas de sensibilidad.
