Viewing email notifications

View email notifications about subscribed events, including actionable notifications you can complete directly from your inbox.

View the email notifications that you receive about the events that you are subscribed to.

Context

When an event that you are subscribed to takes place, an email notification is generated and sent to the email address that you used to create your account.

Puedes obtener la siguiente información del correo electrónico:

• Lea la información general sobre el evento que tuvo lugar.
• Navega hasta el servicio y el tenant correspondientes donde se realizó el evento.

Con las notificaciones accionables puedes completar rápidamente tareas sencillas directamente desde tu bandeja de entrada, sin tener que iniciar sesión en Action Center:

• Aprobar una acción
• Rechazar una acción
• Añadir comentarios a una acción

También puedes seleccionar Ver tarea completa en Action Center para acceder a todos los detalles de la tarea en Action Center.

Para tener notificaciones procesables, debes habilitar esta opción al crear la tarea de la aplicación.

Requisitos previos

• Your Organization administrator enables the Enable email notifications option from the Preferences menu, on the Email configuration tab.

1. Check the inbox of the email address where the notifications are sent.

You can read general information about the event that took place, and navigate to the corresponding service and tenant where it took place.
