消費制御を設定する

Consumption controls let Organization Administrators and Tenant Administrators define what happens when a tenant's unit consumption reaches critical thresholds. Two types of controls are available: per-service automatic stoppage when consumption reaches 100%, and consumption notifications that alert at fixed thresholds.

前提条件

• 構成するテナントの組織管理者またはテナント管理者である必要があります。

Configuring Stop Usage

The Stop Usage card in the Consumption Controls section shows how many services are currently configured to stop consuming units automatically when the tenant reaches 100% of its allocated units. For example, 3/4 services means enforcement is enabled for three out of four eligible services on that tenant.

To configure which services stop at the tenant limit:

1. 組織レベルの [管理 ] に移動し、[ ライセンス] を選択します。

2. [ 消費状況] タブを選択します。

3. On the unit type card, select View Usage or View Usage (Preview).

4. [ テナント割り当て ] セクションで、関連するテナント カードの [ テナントを表示 ] を選択します。

5. [ 消費制御 ] セクションまでスクロールします。

6. Next to Stop Usage, select the edit icon.

   The Allocation enforcement dialog opens. For configuration steps, see Configure tenant consumption enforcement.

消費通知を設定する

[消費制御] セクションの [通知 ] リンクをクリックすると、ユーザー アカウントのライセンス通知の設定がテナント レベルで開きます。ライセンス消費通知を登録または配信停止するには:

1. 組織レベルの [管理 ] に移動し、[ ライセンス] を選択します。

2. [ 消費状況] タブを選択します。

3. ユニット・タイプ・カードで、「 使用状況の表示(プレビュー)」を選択します。

4. [ テナント割り当て ] セクションで、関連するテナント カードの [ テナントを表示 ] を選択します。

5. [ 消費制御 ] セクションまでスクロールします。

6. [ 通知] で [ 通知 ] リンクを選択します。

   [ 設定] ページが新しいブラウザー タブで開き、[設定] > [通知] > [ライセンス] が表示されます。

7. 受信する通知イベントの横にあるトグルを選択または選択解除します。

ユニットタイプの通知には、次の固定消費しきい値を使用できます。

• 50% 消費 (重大度: Info)
• 75% 消費 (重要度: Info)
• 95% が消費されました (重要度: 警告)

通知はアプリ内とメールで配信されます。しきい値はカスタマイズできず、組織内のすべてのユニットタイプとすべてのテナントで同じです。
