About the Consumables Center

Navigate the Consumables Center to view, allocate, and redistribute consumption units across tenants and identify risks before service disruptions occur.

The Consumables Center gives Organization Administrators a unified view of how consumption units are allocated and consumed across their organization. Administrators can identify consumption risks before they cause service disruptions and redistribute units between tenants - all from a single interface.

ナビゲーションレベル

ダッシュボードは 3 つのレベルで構成されています。管理者は、広範な組織ビューから最も詳細なフォルダー ビューにドリルダウンし、階層リンクを使用して任意のレベルに戻ることができます。

組織レベル

組織レベルには、割り当ての合計数、消費済みのユニット、テナントをまたいで割り当て済みのユニット、および組織内のすべてのテナントのカードが表示されます。このレベルでは期間ピッカーを使用して日付範囲を選択でき、選択した期間は下位レベルに移動しても維持されます。

The unit type is determined by which View Details link you selected on the Consumables tab. Disabled tenants appear with their name and deleted tenants appear with their tenant ID. Neither can be opened, so the Edit Allocation option is not reachable for them.

ダッシュボードへのアクセス方法

Each unit type has a separate dashboard entry point from the Consumables tab.

1. 組織レベルの [管理 ] に移動し、[ ライセンス] を選択します。
2. [ 消費状況] タブを選択します。
3. On the unit type card you want to monitor, select View Details.

The dashboard opens pre-filtered to the selected unit type. To view a different unit type, return to the Consumables tab and select View Details on a different unit type card.

対象となるユニットタイプ

The dashboard tracks consumption for the following unit types. The unit types visible in the Consumables Center depend on what your organization has purchased. Organizations that have not purchased a specific unit type will not see it on the Consumables tab.

既知の制限事項

The following limitations apply to the Consumables Center:

• The Consumables Center is not available for Community accounts. If you recently upgraded from Community to a paid plan, your account has to be migrated to a paid region.
• 消費データは 2024 年 7 月以降に利用可能です。このダッシュボードは、既存の AI ユニットの監視で使用されているものと同じ履歴データ パイプラインに対してクエリを実行します。したがって、2 年分の消費履歴を初日から利用できます。従来の [消費状況] ページからの移行中にデータが失われることはありません。
• [フォルダー] セクションと [ソリューションとプロセス] テーブルでは、2026 年 4 月中旬以降のデータがフォルダーとプロセスに関連付けられます。以前の消費データは、特定のフォルダーやプロセスに紐づけられません。
• [ フォルダー] セクションでは、消費が登録されている個人用ワークスペースのみが [ 個人用ワークスペース] の下に個別のエントリとして表示されます。消費量がゼロの個人用ワークスペースは返されません。
• 個人用 ワークスペース のエントリを含め、100 を超える直接のサブフォルダーがあるフォルダーは、[ フォルダー] セクションでインラインで展開できません。展開アイコンは無効化され、ページ分割された別のページでその内容を表示するには、ツールチップで [ フォルダーを表示 ] を選択するように指示されます。
• 個人用ワークスペースにデプロイせずにデバッグ モードでトリガーされたプロセスは、[ ソリューションとプロセス ] の表に表示されません。
• When a folder is deleted, its consumption is no longer shown separately. It is aggregated under a single Deleted Folders entry.
• Some services do not yet attribute all usage to a job, folder, or process. This consumption appears at the tenant level but not at the folder or process level:
  • AI Center: only predict flows are tracked.
  • Autopilot for Everyone: usage is not currently tracked. A client update expected in August 2026 will enable tracking.
  • Context Grounding: usage for ephemeral indexes is not bound to any folder or process and is not tracked.
  • Integration Service: some activities are not bound to folders and are not tracked.
  • Test Manager: usage tracking is rolling out and will be available by July 30, 2026.
  • Task Mining, Process Mining, and Automation Cloud Robots (ACR) are exempt from usage tracking because their operations are not bound to processes or folders.

重要:

Folder and process attribution requires minimum package and product versions. If you use lower versions, folder and process attribution is not available for the affected consumption. Make sure you use these versions or higher:

• UiPath Studio: 24.10.24 or 25.10.14
• UiPath.IntegrationService activities: 1.29.0
• Document Understanding activity packages (see below)

For Document Understanding:

• Orchestrator のフォルダー構造は、ほとんどの組織では 5 分ごと、フォルダーの数が 100 を超える組織では 60 分ごとに更新されます。そのため、新しいフォルダーがダッシュボードに表示されるまでに時間がかかる場合があります。
