Información general

El formulario ACORD 125, conocido como Solicitud de seguro comercial, se utiliza para registrar información general del cliente, como la ubicación de la empresa y los datos de contacto, la descripción de la empresa, los seguros anteriores y el historial de pérdidas.

This Document Understanding^TM skill can process ACORD125 forms from 2011 to 2016 and extracts information about the applicant, insurance policy, and other parties involved in the process (up to 68 fields plus items).

Particularidades

El modelo detecta automáticamente datos como:

• Nombre de la agencia, dirección, contacto, ID de cliente,
• Nombre del transportista, número de póliza,
• Información del solicitante: nombre del asegurado, dirección postal, tipo de organización, GL, SIC, NAICS, FEIN,
• Información de las instalaciones: calle, ciudad, código postal, interés,
• Datos del anterior transportista: año, transportista, número de póliza, importe de la prima y fecha de entrada en vigor y vencimiento,
