Einheitliche IP-Bereiche für Test Cloud-Dienste, organisiert nach globaler Region, um Firewall-Konfigurationen pro Dienst zu ersetzen.

This page lists the IP ranges and fully qualified domain names (FQDNs) required to configure your firewall for Test Cloud. Unified IP ranges are organized by global region and cover affected services uniformly, while service-specific ranges are listed separately.

Übergang läuft – Aktion bis zum 16. September 2026 erforderlich

Ab dem 16. Juni 2026 wurden einheitliche IP-Bereiche veröffentlicht und müssen zusammen mit den Legacy-IP-Bereichen pro Dienst auf Ihre Zulassungsliste gesetzt werden. Ab dem 16. September 2026 werden die vorhandenen IP-Bereiche schrittweise eingestellt.

Bis zum 16. September 2026: Sie müssen sowohl die Legacy-IP-Bereiche pro Dienst als auch die einheitlichen IP-Bereiche auf dieser Seite gleichzeitig auf die Zulassungsliste setzen.

Nach dem 16. September 2026: Setzen Sie die Zulassungsliste sowohl für die Legacy- als auch für die einheitlichen IP-Bereiche fort, bis ein nachfolgender Versionshinweis bestätigt, dass die Legacy-IP-Bereiche sicher entfernt werden können.

Wir haben „ausgehende IP-Bereiche“ auf dieser Seite in IP-Bereiche umbenannt. „Ausgehend“ beschreibt die Seite der Verbindung von UiPath, nicht Ihre – diese Bereiche sind es, von denen aus UiPath eine Verbindung herstellt, aber aus Perspektive Ihrer Firewall ist dieser Datenverkehr eingehend. Domänen/FQDNs bleiben aus Ihrer Perspektive die ausgehende Seite. Die vollständige Unterscheidung finden Sie im nachfolgenden Abschnitt „Übersicht“ .

Überblick​

UiPath-Dienste erfordern zwei Arten von Zulassungslisten, die davon abhängen, wer die Verbindung initiiert:

  • DNS-Domänenzulassungsliste (FQDNs): Anwenden, wenn Benutzer, Roboter oder lokale Komponenten eine Verbindung mit UiPath herstellen. Dieser Datenverkehr geht von Ihrem Netzwerk aus, also fügen Sie diese Domänen zur Zulassungsliste für ausgehende Verbindungen Ihrer Firewall hinzu. Sie müssen immer nach FQDN und nicht nach IP auf der Zulassungsliste stehen, da die zugrunde liegende Infrastruktur von UiPath verteilt ist.
  • IP-Bereiche (CIDRs): Wenden Sie sie an, wenn UiPath eine Verbindung mit Ihren Systemen herstellt – z. B. wenn der Integration Service Ihre Endpunkte aufruft oder der Orchestrator eine Verbindung mit Ihren lokalen Ressourcen herstellt. Aus Sicht Ihrer Firewall ist dieser Datenverkehr eingehend – UiPath ist derjenige, der eine Verbindung mit Ihrem Netzwerk herstellt – fügen Sie also die entsprechenden CIDR-Blöcke zu Ihrer eingehenden Zulassungsliste hinzu.

Was sich geändert hat: Zuvor unterscheiden sich die IP-Bereiche pro Dienst und pro Region. Das neue Modell vereinheitlicht diese in einem einzigen Satz von IP-Bereichen pro globaler Region. Alle betroffenen Dienste haben dieselben IP-Bereiche innerhalb einer Region.

In der Region „Europäische Union“ deckt beispielsweise ein einziger Satz von IP-Bereichen Test Cloud Portal, Orchestrator, Integration Service, Apps, Automation Ops, Test Manager, AI Trust Layer und Notification Service ab.

Verwendung dieser Seite​

To configure your firewall:

  1. Identifizieren Sie die globale Region Ihres UiPath-Mandanten und die Region Ihrer Organisation. Einige UiPath-Dienstfunktionen erben die Region der Organisation anstelle der Region des Mandanten. Wenn sie sich unterscheiden, müssen Sie die IP-Bereiche für beide auf die Zulassungsliste setzen. Weitere Informationen zu Diensten auf Organisations- und Mandantenebene finden Sie unter Global Cloud Regionen. Wenn Ihr Mandant oder Ihre Organisation in eine andere Region migriert wird, aktualisieren Sie Ihre IP-Bereiche entsprechend.
  2. Suchen Sie Ihre Region in der Tabelle Einheitliche IP-Bereiche .
  3. Fügen Sie alle für Ihre Region aufgeführten CIDR-Bereiche zur eingehenden Zulassungsliste Ihrer Firewall hinzu.

Service-specific IP ranges​

Service-specific IP ranges are exceptions to the unified IP range migration. The unified ranges do not replace them, and firewall configurations must include them separately when the corresponding functionality is used.

Document Understanding​

The service-specific IP range for Document Understanding in the Global region is the Cloudflare range 104.16.0.0/13. Use this range only if your network equipment does not support DNS-based allowlisting. DNS-based allowlisting is recommended because Cloudflare IP ranges are broad and may change.

Insights​

Mit IP-Bereichen können Sie eine Liste von IPs für die Funktionen Protokollexport und Datenexport auf die Zulassungsliste setzen und müssen Ihr Netzwerk nicht mehr für alle externen IPs öffnen. Wenn die Blob-Speicherregionen der jeweiligen Insights-Dienstregion entsprechen, können Sie keine öffentlichen IPs verwenden.

Einschränkungen

Für den Protokollexport unterstützt Google Storage keine IP-Beschränkungen für eingehende Verbindungen.

Aufgrund einer Einschränkung auf Microsoft-Seite für den Protokollexport können Sie keine IP-Beschränkung für eingehende Verbindungen einrichten, wenn sich Ihr Azure-Blobspeicherkonto und die Insights-Infrastruktur in Azure in derselben Region befinden. You can enable static IP ranges while creating the Serverless template and going to the Network Configuration page.

Static IP is available only in the following regions. If your region is not listed, serverless robots use dynamic IP addresses that cannot be added to an allowlist.

  • Available: Australia, Canada, Europe (European Union), India, Japan, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and United States — delayed update (GxP).
  • Not available: South Korea, Switzerland, and European Union — delayed update (GxP).
Wichtig:

In regions where static IP is not available, the Enable Static IP option is not shown when you create the serverless machine template, and serverless robots use dynamic IP addresses that cannot be added to an allowlist.
