监控 Cloud Robot 的错误并配置警示，以便更快地调试。

为了加快调试速度，我们建议在“警示首选项”页面上为 Cloud Robot 设置警示。

您可以在以下页面监控 Cloud Robot 以检查错误：

• 您可以在“作业”页面上看到正在等待可用计算机的待定作业。
• 您可以在新式文件夹的“监控”页面上的 Orchestrator 中查看已创建的虚拟机。计算机可用后，虚拟机会连接到 Orchestrator，从而运行下一个待定作业。如果未创建虚拟机，请在 Orchestrator 中检查 Cloud Robot 池的配置。
• 在 Orchestrator 的“警示”页面上，可以将“状态”筛选设置为“全部”，以查看有关 Cloud Robot 组件的详细信息，并查看新机器人的创建情况或任何错误信息。要查看警示，您需要拥有直接分配给您帐户（不是从组继承）的角色的警示 - 查看和计算机 - 查看权限，并且需要将该角色添加到使用 Cloud Robot 的文件夹中。
• 您可以查看特定虚拟机的日志。

查看计算机的日志

日志是管理员用于对计算机进行诊断和故障排除的重要报告。这些日志可提供有关计算机上发生的重要事件的详细报告，例如计算机事件、作业事件或 Azure 问题。

日志将保留 30 天。这意味着最早的日志条目是在保留期结束时删除的第一个日志条目。

要查看计算机的日志，请执行以下操作：

1. 导航到“租户”>“计算机”。
2. At the right of the pool row, Select More Actions and select Add or manage - VM.
3. On the Manage Cloud Robot - VM page, at the right of the machine row, Select More Actions and select View Logs. On the Machine Event Logs page, you can see logs generated for that machine, most recent logs displayed first.
4. For details about one of the logs, Select Show details at the right of the log row. The Log details window shows a detailed report about that specific event.
