监控权限

The monitoring functionality is controlled by a general-purpose permission (Monitoring) and per-object permissions (Machines, Robots, Queues, Jobs).

To access Monitoring features:

• You must have View permission on Monitoring.
• Access to data within each Monitoring page depends on:
  • View permissions on the respective object (Machines, Jobs, Queues, etc.)
  • Folder-level access, which determines the scope of visible data

Permissions breakdown:

• View on Monitoring and View on Queues - allows you to see the content of the Monitoring > Queues pages.

• Edit on Monitoring and View on Jobs - allows you to disable errors from the Error Feed widget on the Monitoring > Jobs page.
• View on Audit - allows you to view API usage data on the API audit tab.

增强型监控

增强的监控视图从 Insights 仪表板提供数据，提供有关流程状态、计算机可用性和队列性能的精细信息。它适用于以下选项卡，每个选项卡都具有一系列筛选条件：

• Machines - This displays information on the status of each runtime and machine. For details, see Real-time machines in the Insights documentation.
• Processes - This displays details on jobs across all statuses. For details, see Real-time processes in the Insights documentation.
• Queues - This displays details on the status and health of each queue item, as well as queue SLA information. For details, see Real-time queues in the Insights documentation.

历史监控

由 Insights 服务提供支持的“历史”选项卡可提供最早可追溯至两年前的信息。显示的数据每 20 分钟刷新一次。

仅当您启用了 Insights 服务时，此操作才可用。

选项卡功能

筛选- 每个组件都包含一系列筛选条件，您可以组合使用这些筛选条件，以获得所需的结果。只有在您单击图表右上角的“重新加载”后，筛选器更改才会生效。

下载 - 下载整个仪表板或以您选择的格式下载每个图块。

计划 - 根据当前图表计划报告的传递。这可以按照您选择的频率和格式发送到您的电子邮件地址。

单击以筛选 - 单击图表中的一个组件，以基于该组件筛选整个数据集。
