Process Mining
Etiquetas
En Process Mining, las etiquetas son las reglas empresariales que se aplican a tus datos, que te permiten comprobar la conformidad, como ineficiencias, reelaboraciones o infracciones, en tus procesos.
Tags
deben estar presentes en tu conjunto de datos.
Si quieres utilizar el panel Etiquetas para analizar etiquetas en tu proceso, debes definir etiquetas para tu plantilla de aplicación.
Para determinadas plantillas de aplicación, hay etiquetas disponibles listas para usar, que se mostrarán en el panel. En la documentación de tu plantilla de aplicación específica encontrarás un resumen de las etiquetas disponibles. La página Plantillas de aplicación contiene enlaces a la documentación de todas las plantillas de aplicación disponibles.
Todas las plantillas de aplicaciones de proceso personalizadas tienen una etiqueta implementada que comprueba si un caso tiene actividades de reelaboración ejecutadas por diferentes usuarios.
Si no hay datos disponibles en el panel Etiquetas , debes configurar tus propias etiquetas mediante transformaciones de datos. Aquí también puede configurar cualquier etiqueta predeterminada según las necesidades de su negocio. A continuación se muestra una descripción general de los archivos de configuración de etiquetas para las diferentes plantillas de aplicaciones.

En el último paso de transformación, se agrega lógica empresarial según sea necesario para el análisis de datos.
Cada registro de la tabla de etiquetas representa una etiqueta para un caso concreto. Las etiquetas de ejemplo son:
- Infracción de SLA de un contrato.
- un pago realizado por una persona no autorizada.
Case_ID
y Tag

No todos los casos tendrán una etiqueta y algunos casos pueden tener varias etiquetas.

Case_ID

Si quieres utilizar los ejemplos de SQL para definir Etiquetas para las plantillas de aplicaciones Purchase-to-Pay o las plantillas de aplicaciones Order-to-Cash, asegúrate de utilizar la entidad adecuada y el entity_ID interno relacionado. Al ampliar la implementación para Etiquetas, sigue la implementación existente.
