Document Understanding™-Prozess: Studio-Vorlage
Document UnderstandingTM Process is a fully functional UiPath® Studio project template based on a document processing flowchart. Its aim is to offer a Document Understanding tool at hand that is easy to use and easy to execute for any developer who wants to start working either on a simple demo or on large-scale implementation.
Der Prozess bringt Protokollierung, Ausnahmebehandlung, Wiederholungsmechanismen und alle Methoden mit, die in einem Document Understanding-Workflow verwendet werden sollten.
Der Document Understanding Process wird mit einer Reihe grundlegender Dokumenttypen in einer Taxonomie vorkonfiguriert, einem Klassifizierer, der für die Unterscheidung dieser Klassen konfiguriert ist, und Extraktoren, um zu demonstrieren, wie die Funktionen zur Datenextraktion des Frameworks verwendet werden. Es ist als Beispiel für ein sinnvolles Vorgehen gedacht, das an Ihre Anforderungen angepasst werden kann, wobei angezeigt wird, wie Sie die einzelnen Komponenten konfigurieren.
Der Workflow verfügt über eine von anderen verbundenen Automatisierungen entkoppelte Architektur:
- Es spielt keine Rolle, woher die zu verarbeitenden Dateien stammen oder was die Ausführung auslöst – das findet in einem vorgelagerten Prozess statt;
- Es spielt keine Rolle, wo die extrahierten Informationen verwendet werden sollen – das findet in einem nachgelagerten Prozess statt.
Die Architektur ist sowohl für Attended-Roboter als auch für Unattended-Roboter üblich, die Document Understanding ausführen und die Validierung durch Menschen in der Schleife über das Action Center nutzen.
Elemente werden nicht massenhaft verarbeitet. Stattdessen gibt es für jede Eingabedatei einen Auftrag. Es wird dadurch zwar jedes Mal ein Verteiler benötigt, dieser flexible Ansatz erleichtert aber den Einstieg, die Entwicklung, das Debuggen und die Skalierung von Document Understanding-Prozessen.
Der Prozess unterstützt Projekte à la Visual Basic.
The default dependencies in a Document Understanding Process are: UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.ML.Activities, UiPath.Excel.Activities, UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities, UiPath.PDF.Activities, UiPath.System.Activities, and UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities.
Zugriff auf den Prozess
Document Understanding Process is compatible with Studio version 21.4.4 or higher. For previous Studio versions, you can download the NuGet package from here.
You can find the Document Understanding Process template on the Official template feed. Navigate to the Templates tab and select the Document Understanding Process card.

Select Use Template.

Enter a Name for your process and select a Location on your PC. Select Create to open the process.
