Ideenüberprüfungsflow

Je nachdem, wie sie freigegeben wurde, durchläuft die Idee verschiedene Überprüfungsphasen:

Mitarbeitergesteuerte Idee

Hinweis:

For each of the below phases, the assigned user receives a task in their Automation Hub account and is notified by email about the assignment. To check the notification access My Tasks - Incomplete section.

1. Ein Ideengenehmiger überprüft die Idee.

   By accessing the Automation Pipeline > Review view they can either Approve, Mark as Duplicate, or Reject it. Approved ideas are transferred to the Assessment phase and can be accessed in Workspace > Automation Pipeline > Review view.

   Hinweis:

   Bevor Sie eine Idee genehmigen, überprüfen Sie, ob ein Prozessinhaber zugewiesen ist. Wenn nicht, greifen Sie auf die Option für die Schnellansicht der Idee zu und klicken Sie in der linken oberen Ecke des Popups auf das Feld Prozessinhaber. Suchen Sie nach dem Konto des Benutzers, den Sie zuweisen möchten. Wenn Sie ihn gefunden haben, klicken Sie auf das Konto, um ihn als Prozessinhaber der Idee zuzuweisen.

   

2. As soon as the idea is Approved an Assessment Invitation is sent to the Process Owner assigned to that idea, asking them to fill in the Detailed Assessment. The invitation is sent by email and can be also accessed from My Task - Incomplete section. The Process Owner refines the information and adds the Detailed Assessment details related to the task/process. For details check the Completing the Detailed Assessment page.

   Sobald er auf Bewertung einreichen klickt, wird die Phase der Idee zu Qualifikation und ihr Status zu Überprüfung ausstehend aktualisiert.

3. Der Programm-Manager überprüft die Idee und entscheidet, ob sie in die Implementierungsphase vorrückt.

   Access the list with all the ideas in the Qualification phase that need to be reviewed in Workspace > Automation Pipeline > Decision Pipeline view.

   Basierend auf der Komplexität der erforderlichen Arbeit für die Implementierung der Idee kann der Programm-Manager zwischen den folgenden beiden Aktionen wählen:

   • Genehmigt für CoE – Die Idee folgt dem Prozess, der von einem CoE-Implementierungsteam entwickelt werden muss.
   • Genehmigt für Citizen Developer – Die Idee wird von einem Citizen Developer weiterentwickelt, um eine Automatisierung zu erhalten, also einen gebrauchsfertigen Code, der für risikoarme, einfache oder mittelschwere Aufgaben, Aktivitäten oder Prozesse erstellt wird.

4. Je nach Flow, den der Programm-Manager gewählt hat, sind zwei Fälle möglich:

4.1 Für CoE genehmigen

1. Die Idee wird zur Phase Qualifikation mit dem Status Genehmigt aktualisiert. Der Programm-Manager muss einen Projektmanager als Mitarbeitenden hinzufügen. Dazu öffnen Sie Ideenprofil > Abschnitt Mitarbeitende und fügen Sie einen Benutzer mit der Projektmanagerrolle hinzu. So kann der Benutzer während der Implementierungsphase alle erforderlichen Aktionen in dieser spezifischen Idee ausführen.
2. Der zugewiesene Projektmanager kann die Aktionen im Zusammenhang mit dieser spezifischen Idee in der gewünschten Reihenfolge ausführen (ab diesem Schritt gibt es keinen spezifischen Flow), konzentriert sich aber hauptsächlich auf Elemente wie:
   • Adding additional collaborators, like users with “Business Analyst” and “RPA developer” role.
   • Updating the phase and status of the idea from the dropdowns available in the Edit view of the Automation Profile – About section.
   • Create a project plan and keeping track of the cost estimates in the Cost-Benefit Analysis section.
   • Encourage the collaborators to bring the relevant documentation in the idea: AS IS, TO BE documentation (PDD, SDD, DSD).
   • Encourage the RPA developers to explore the gallery of reusable components and upload their own components. This allows Process Owner, Project Manager, and the collaborators with editing rights in the Components section to link the reusable components used during the development to that specific idea, in order to share the knowledge with other RPA developers who might explore this automation profile.
   • Perform updates on the automation potential %, the costs, and project plan, once the implementation is over, to reflect the reality of the project. This is done by Editing the Cost Benefit Analysis and bringing the most recent information in there.
3. Sobald die erforderlichen Implementierungsphasen abgeschlossen sind, aktualisiert der Projektmanager die Ideenphase zu Live, um widerzuspiegeln, dass die Automatisierungsimplementierung abgeschlossen ist.

4.2 Für Citizen Developer genehmigen

1. The idea's phase is updated to Development status Not started available in Implementation view.
2. Ein Citizen Development-Hauptbenutzer greift auf die Implementierungsansicht zu und wählt die Idee aus, um sie weiterzuentwickeln.
3. Sobald die Entwicklung abgeschlossen ist, wird die Idee vom Citizen Development-Hauptbenutzer in die technische Überprüfung befördert.
4. Ein technischer Prüfer führt die Codeüberprüfung durch, und wenn keine Aktualisierungen erforderlich sind, genehmigt er die Automatisierung und ändert die Phase zu Live.

CoE-gesteuerte Idee

As soon as the idea's Overview, Detailed Assessment, and Assign Process Owner details are saved an Assessment Invitation is sent to the assigned Process Owner asking them to review the Detailed Assessment.

The invitation is sent by email. A task is also assigned for this assignment and can be accessed from My Task - Incomplete section.

The process then follows the steps 3-4 as mentioned above in the Employee-driven Idea section.

Hinweis:

Ideen, die als Archiviert markiert sind, werden für immer oder bis zur Löschung in der Pipeline gespeichert. Informationen, die mit ihnen verbunden sind, wirken sich nicht auf die Dashboard-Statistiken aus.
