カスタム ロールを作成する

Document Understanding の既定のロールとは別に、カスタム ロールを作成および管理することもできます。特定のニーズや権限に合わせてカスタム ロールを調整することで、組織の要件に連携させることができます。

カスタム ロールは、テナント レベルとプロジェクト レベルの両方で利用できます。

テナント レベルのロール

テナント レベルのロールでは、以下の権限を付与できます。

Document Understanding	プロジェクトの抽出器と分類器の使用	プロジェクト内で使用されているものと同じ抽出器と分類器を使用します。

カスタム ロールを作成する

カスタム ロールを作成するには、以下の手順を実行します。

1. Navigate to your respective Automation Cloud^TM URL and log in with your UiPath® account.
2. From the left-side navigation pane, select Document Understanding.
3. Select the Manage access button.

4. Go to the Roles tab, select Create role, and fill in the following fields:
   • ロール名 - ロールにわかりやすい名前を付けます。
   • 説明 - 必要に応じて、説明を入力します。
   • カテゴリ - 以下のいずれかを選択します。
     • テナント
       • You can assign this role at tenant-level. It consists of tenant-level permissions.
     • Project - You can assign this role to existing or new projects. It consists of project-level permissions.
5. [次へ] を選択して [権限] ページに進みます。
6. [標準的な権限] タブと [追加の権限] タブで、カスタム ロールに割り当てる権限を選択します。
7. [作成] を選択します。

カスタム ロールを表示する

カスタム ロールを表示するには、以下の手順を実行します。

1. Navigate to your respective Automation Cloud^TM URL and log in with your UiPath® account.
2. From the left-side navigation pane, select Document Understanding.
3. Select the Manage access button.
4. Go to the Roles tab and select the ellipsis for the custom role you want to view.
5. [表示] を選択します。

カスタム ロールの編集

カスタム ロールを編集するには、以下の手順を実行します。

1. Navigate to your respective Automation Cloud^TM URL and log in with your UiPath® account.
2. From the left-side navigation pane, select Document Understanding.
3. Select the Manage access button.
4. Go to the Roles tab and select the ellipsis for the custom role you want to view.
5. [編集] を選択して、カスタム ロールの説明と権限を変更します。
6. 変更が完了したら、[更新] を選択します。

カスタム ロールを複製する

カスタム ロールを複製するには、以下の手順を実行します。

1. Navigate to your respective Automation Cloud^TM URL and log in with your UiPath® account.
2. From the left-side navigation pane, select Document Understanding.
3. Select the Manage access button.
4. Go to the Roles tab and select the ellipsis for the custom role you want to view.
5. [複製してカスタマイズ] を選択してロールのコピーを作成し、その説明と権限を変更します。
6. 変更が完了したら、[作成] を選択します。

カスタム ロールの削除

カスタム ロールを削除するには、以下の手順を実行します。

1. Navigate to your respective Automation Cloud^TM URL and log in with your UiPath® account.
2. From the left-side navigation pane, select Document Understanding.
3. Select the Manage access button.
4. Go to the Roles tab and select the ellipsis for the custom role you want to view.
5. [削除] を選択します。
   注:

   カスタム ロールを削除すると、関連するロールの割り当てもすべて削除されます。
