About SAP Ariba automation

You can create out-of-the-box automation projects for SAP Ariba in UiPath Studio. You do not need to install any additional SAP extensions, or activity packages to build or run automations for SAP Ariba.

UiPath provides native support for SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing, and other SAP Ariba web pages built on the AribaWeb framework.

For other SAP Ariba web pages, you can use general-purpose web automation without any limitations.

You can create SAP Ariba automations on the following web browsers:

• Google Chrome – requires the UiPath Extension for Chrome.
• Mozilla Firefox – requires the UiPath Extension for Firefox.
• Microsoft Edge (Chromium) – requires the UiPath Extension for Edge.

支持的活动

Automation for SAP Ariba requires the UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities package version 25.10, or newer.

You can use all activities included in this package, with the following recommendations and exceptions:

• Type Into – use the SimulateType property for best performance and reliability.
• Click – use the SimulateClick property for consistent behavior.
• Table Cell Scope – unsupported for SAP Ariba pages.
