Flow instances (Preview)

Real-time and historical view of Maestro Flow executions, covering status tracking, activity volume, and failure investigation across all flow instances in a tenant.

The Flow instances page shows a real-time and historical view of all Maestro Flow executions in your tenant. It helps you monitor activity volume, track status, and investigate running or failed flow instances.

Note:

Flow instances is in Preview. Behavior and available fields may change before general availability.

Use this view to:

  • Identify which flows are used most often
  • Spot failures or anomalies quickly
  • Drill into instance-level execution data

Key sections and fields

Top flows by instances

A horizontal bar chart showing the flows with the most instance runs over the selected time range.

Top flows by duration

Highlights flows with the longest average run times, helping you detect potentially inefficient automations.

Flow instance status

A stacked bar chart showing the number of completed vs. faulted instances over time. Useful for identifying spikes in errors or system behavior trends.

Flow instance table

A sortable list of all flows with instance activity. Columns include:

  • Flow name – The name of the flow.
  • Running – Number of currently running instances.
  • Completed – Number of instances that completed successfully.
  • Faulted – Number of failed instances.
  • Total – Sum of all instance states (running, completed, faulted).
  • Versions – Number of flow versions deployed.
  • Location – Workspace or shared space where the flow is published.

Use the Search and Location filters to narrow results to specific projects or teams.
