Process optimization dashboards

The process analytics of Maestro enables you to monitor historical executions, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and delays in your process. This is all done while also highlighting opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Use process optimization dashboards, available through Process Mining, to monitor key metrics and detect inneficiencies, check for conformities, and create root cause analyses, among others.

You can access the Process Optimization application, for a single agentic process, by using the Process Optimization template within UiPath Process Mining. This application includes a summary dashboard and offers various capabilities such as inefficiency detection, comparison, simulation, conformance checking, and root-cause-analysis, among others. You have the flexibility to define your own KPIs using a no-code interface and create custom charts and dashboards suited to your project's needs.

With Maestro, you can also integrate third-party source data into the process logging, providing more business-specific KPIs for your end-to-end orchestrated process.

Summary

The Summary dashboard provides high-level trace information. You can use this information to get a global overview of the data.
