Maestro user guide

Create alerts directly from any dashboard to receive notifications when key metrics exceed your defined thresholds. Every widget has a bell icon for alerting. If a widget already has at least one alert, the bell shows a red dot.
- Select the bell icon on a widget to open Create alert.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Title: Name of the alert
- Metric: choose what to monitor
- Condition: E.g., greater than or equal value
- Evaluation Window: Evaluation
cadence
Note: The minimum evaluation window depends on the metric. For Incident count and Process duration, the window can be as short as one minute. For all other prebuilt metrics and for custom metrics, the minimum evaluation window is one hour.
- Recipients: Where to send it
- Applied dashboard filters: Read‑only summary of the filters this alert will use).
- Select Create alert to save, or Delete to remove an existing alert.
The alerts you create for Maestro dashboards are also available in Insights, in the Real‑time monitoring section for centralized management. From this section, you can open an alert to see Alert history.
Note: When you create an alert from a widget, it captures a snapshot of the current dashboard filters, such as Date range, Version, Status, Elements, Variables). Subsequent changes to dashboard filters or other alert fields do not modify the alert’s saved filter values. To change
the scope an alert evaluates, delete and recreate the alert with the desired filters applied.
