アクセス権の確認

As an Organization Administrator or Tenant Administrator, you can view all roles and permissions assigned to a user, group, robot account, or external application at the tenant, service, and folder level. This allows for streamlined management of access control, as well as effective troubleshooting and audit processes across all services within a tenant.

• Orchestrator (currently the only service that supports check access at folder level)

割り当てられたロールと権限を確認するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. Navigate to Admin, choose the Manage access card, then select the Check access button. A new page containing a search box opens, allowing you to search for users, groups, robot accounts, and external applications.
2. 検索ボックスに調べたいアカウントの名前またはメール アドレスを入力し、検索を開始します。結果の画面に、アカウントに関する次の詳細が表示されます。

   • ロールの割り当て: この領域には、検索したアカウントに付与されたすべてのロールが一覧表示されます。 これは、明示的な設定または継承のどちらによっても、各ロールがどのように割り当てられたかを明確に示します。 ロールの割り当てに関するデータは、CSV ファイルにエクスポートできます。

     To check the roles and permissions for Orchestrator folders, select Orchestrator. The Folder access panel appears, where you can view all the user roles and role assignments for each folder.

     
     

     

     
     
     注:

     特定のロールを選択すると、そのロールに関連付けられている権限を参照できます。必要に応じて、[アクセス権を管理] 列のリンクを使用して、ロールと権限の割り当てを変更できます。

     アカウントのロールの割り当てを確認するときに、サービスがグレー表示されている場合は、サービスが無効になっていることを意味します。

   • 権限の割り当て: この領域には、検索したアカウントのロールに関連付けられているすべての権限が一覧表示されます。権限は次の種類で区別されます。

     • 標準的な権限 - 既定では、すべての CRUD (作成/読み取り/更新/削除) 権限が表示されます。特定のアクションに付与されている権限も確認できます。

     • 追加の権限 - CRUD 以外のサービス固有の権限がすべて表示されます。
